Parent and Child Summer 2025 Registration Form

To register, please read the Class Policy, choose the class you'd like to attend, and complete this form. Fields with a " * " are required.

For the toddler snack preparation, let us know if your child has any allergies in the Comments field. Also, please share any additional information that may help us - e.g., any health or developmental issues that could impact your child's participation in class, or that another caregiver will be taking your child to class. (Only one caregiver attends class with the child, but, with prior notice, you can switch which parent or caregiver attends each week.)

You will receive a confirmation that you are registered for a class only if we can process both the completed registration and payment forms. After submitting this form, be sure to download the Payment Form and email it to the host school.

If you want to register for more than one class or more than one child, please submit one form per child per class, or contact us so that we can help you process multiple registrations.

Class Policy:

Classes are non-refundable. No refunds or partial refunds will be given due to missed classes. The fee will only be refunded if LePort cancels the class.
LePort Montessori Schools will schedule a make-up class at its discretion. For this session, a makeup class will be scheduled the week of August 18th.
LePort Montessori may request a participant to leave the class if participant is not respectful of other participants, the guide, or classroom materials.
Each child attending the Parent & Child class must be accompanied by a dedicated parent or caregiver. Twins or multiple children require one adult per child.

Photo, Video, and Work Sample Release: Periodically, LePort Montessori may use pictures and/or video of you and your child and/or samples of your child’s work for marketing and operational proposes, including but not limited to online and offline newsletters, classroom displays and materials, parent presentations, advertising, brochures, website, social media, yearbook, and newspaper or magazine articles. By signing this form, you give consent for you and your child to be photographed and/or recorded, and waive any right to approve the finished product or accompanying copy.

Toddler classes (16-36 months): Six (6) 1.5 hour weekly classes, $225 total

Orchard Hills | Tuesdays | July 8, 15, 22, 29 and August 5, 12 | 9:30 - 11:00 a.m.
Huntington Harbor | Wednesdays | July 9, 16, 23, 30 and August 6, 13 | 9:00 - 10:30 a.m.
Westpark | Thursdays | July 10, 17, 24, 31 and August 7, 14 | 3:30 - 5:00 p.m.
